Background

Statoil Marin is performing surveillance duty of 85 % of the installations on the Norwegian Continental Shelf. Statoil Marin coordinates supply vessels, and has a resource overview of a total of approx 100 vessels. The system includes 55 radars, 15 AIS base stations and 25 VHF stations. Requirement

The requirement  is to streamline the way Statoil Marin handles their daily operations. Statoil Marin requires an incident management solution for daily logging of communications, vessel monitoring, ocean surveillance and follow up task assignment. The solution will be used as an Operations Manager for Statoil Marin to maintain a number of user interfaces, databases, applications and web portals.
