• The DR Assurance Service combines the powerful capabilities of RecoverGuard™ software – our agentless configuration monitoring solution - with the knowledgeof Continuity Software’s DR experts.
• Here’s how it works: • RecoverGuard is seamlessly integrated into your IT infrastructure. It operates in a non-intrusive, read-only mode.
  • Within the first day of deployment, RecoverGuard begins scanning your storage, database, servers and replication configurations for risks. Roles are defined and mapped to allow Continuity Software to direct reports, events and problems to the appropriate contact person within your organization.
  • RecoverGuard’s automatic analysis tools and powerful Gap Detection Engine, with a constantly expanding knowledgebase that covers thousands of known DR gaps, identify vulnerabilities such as unprotected databases or database partitions, noncompliant replication configurations, data that cannot be recovered to a valid consistency point, and much more.
  • Daily statistics, tickets and events are sent to our DR professionals for review and analysis. No business or confidential data is ever touched or sent outside of the organization. Only meta-data related to the configuration of the DR environment is captured and reviewed by the Continuity Software experts.
  • When a problem is detected that will impact recoverability, our experts will alert the appropriate individuals within your organization by phone or email with details regarding the severity of the problem and how to resolve it.
