When clients choose Intrapoint to host, they are assured of a secure, scalable, and completely reliable environment that provides their crisis management staffs with the access, performance and dependability that a business requires, and the support and maintenance plans that suit each client’s unique and evolving business requirements.
The hosting service provides 24/7/365 access and a customised service level agreement (SLAs) is agreed that meets each individual clients business requirements.
Clients who select hosting are provided with a total operation and maintenance environment. This ensures that clients are able to operate Crisis Manager in a safe and secure environment.
Hosting is offered through the Internet, either via VPN or dedicated circuits. If a client selects to uses direct lines, Internet access can also be offered through the same connections.
