Standard Crisis Manager Training – The standard client training program is offered with two options , firstly open classroom training and secondly,  'train-the-trainer' instruction for solution-specific courses which are available through the online Learning Suite solution. These online training courses are suitable for inexperienced users as well as advanced users.

Custom Crisis Manager Training – Clients opting to train their staff, partners, or customers on one or more of their own products, services or subject matter areas may use the Learning Suite, which provides a user-friendly and practical environment for creating, managing, and administrating single subject courses or a comprehensive curriculum of courses for training as well as formal certification.
