BCM Client Support Services

Through PRiME's  BCM software partner Intrapoint we offers a wide range of professional support services, structured either as an online service or delivered through dedicated circuits. The support services range from self-care pages and/or portals to the live, multi-level help desk support capabilities.

In order to access the online customer support site, clients must be a registered customers with an active maintenance contract or support level agreement (SLA).  Dedicated phone support is also available for SLA customers that join the  Crisis Manager Support service plan.
