Process Manager

Process Manager is a module within Intrapoint's Crisis Manager solution which enables crisis scenarios to be developed and planned for.  Once a range of potential crisis scenarios is defined, Process Manager enables process flowcharts to be developed for each crisis scenario in order to clearly define and anticipate the specific responses and actions required for each crisis scenario.   Each process flow chart maps the roles & responsibilities of the crisis team with specific processes, actions, and checklists for each scenario.  Process Manager provides a complete, yet intuitive tool for the creation of multiple crisis scenario plans and contingencies in order to ensure the best possible crisis preparedness, response and outcome.

Process Manager can be used separately or integrated with Crisis Portal so that all updates made to crisis plans are automatically updated in IntraPoint’s Crisis Portal, which is the key control point for all crisis management control and execution.
