Intrapoint's Learning Suite is a powerful and flexible eLearning module that enables companies to develop, implement and manage crisis training and certification programs across their organizations. Learning Suite provides an organization with the essential tools to plan, create, customize, deliver, certify and evaluate learning programs for crisis-specific response teams defined through the crisis scenario planning process.
12 years of research and development with learning research organizations and clients has developed and refined the Learning Suite’s online learning processes and platform. The result is that clients have the ability to consolidate all of their disparate training toolsets into a single platform for all crisis training needs. Learning Suite contains five modules spanning the content creation, delivery, management and certification processes. Each Learning Suite module provides a critical component to the eLearning process, benefiting clients by enabling all aspects of organizational training and certification management to be implemented in a much more efficient and cost-effective manner. Briefly summarized, the five Learning Suite’s modules include:
- Content Authoring and Management – Designed for rapid and easily implemented crisis-specific planning, course content development and streamlined lifecycle content and knowledge creation.
- Learning Object Re-Use – Through the use of a highly intuitive Learning Object Library, content can be accessed and re-used very efficiently, decreasing the time required to develop new training programs
- Learning Management – Providing a comprehensive tool for the promotion, delivery, evaluation, and management of crisis training courses by functional organization, crisis scenario team, and/or individual
- Certification Management -- The Certification sub-module offers a complete certification management capability, enabling crisis teams, partners, and employees to be tested, certified and re-certified across any company geographical location or facility.
Learning Suite can be used as a stand-alone module or integrated with Process Manager and Crisis Portal for effective training of crisis management teams. Users of learning suite may elect to integrate internally developed courses with Learning Suite or purchase external training modules that have been developed for crisis preparedness training.
Through one of its many partnerships, clients may also select a wide range of courses and case studies that can be included in the Learning Suite starter kit. Learning Suite is a very powerful and flexible platform that may also be utilized for other functional eLearning purposes than crisis management within an organization.
