Requirements
To support its goal of establishing a highly efficient and fully integrated system for handling issues in daily operations, as well as incident and crisis management, Novair required a flexible, integrated events and crisis management solution that provides a single, consistent view of data to support our need for information,.
Value
Novair operates in a very competitive market. To gain a competitive edge, it meets its customers’ requirements and its increasingly stringent industry regulations by introducing efficient quality solutions faster than its competitors. Novair sees the value of the Crisis Manager solution being realised by further strengthening its existing emergency processes, tighten costs, increase emergency operational effectiveness, manage risk and enhance competitiveness. The solution will streamline the incident and emergency plans and processes, increase the speed to obtain information, register irregularities and automate call-outs in case of crisis as well as reduce operating costs for emergency operations. The software will provide the ability to connect stake holders via mobile platforms and incorporate best practices in the crisis management handling. Using the same software system for daily operational incidents as well as for crisis management boost the staffs confidence and skills levels. This is very important and makes Novair more prepared if scrambled to the emergency room in the event of a larger incident.
