Requirement

The requirement was to deliver a highly flexible and functional end-to-end crisis management system that had been proven and tested in the oil and gas market to support the extensive requirements of the AGR Petroleum Services’ Emergency Response Centre. The centre is a complete second line emergency preparedness and response centre for the upstream oil and gas industry. In addition to live services, the centre conducts training and emergency drills as well as tabletop exercises for their clients. Maintaining a separate emergency response organization is a resource-intensive business for upstream oil and gas companies. The 24/7/365 AGR centre offers proactive Best Practices crisis management combined with a state-of-the-art emergency response facility. The centre has been operational since 2007.
